摘要
采用TTA/二甲苯萃取分离和ICP MS法测定了U3 O8中痕量杂质元素Zr的含量。样品转化为硝酸铀酰后 ,先采用TTA/二甲苯在 4mol/LHNO3 条件下萃取 ,使Zr与铀基体分离 ,然后将有机相稀释 10倍后用 8mol/LHNO3 反萃 ,反萃液再稀释 10倍后直接用ICP MS法测量。U3 O8成分分析标准物质 (GBW 0 4 2 0 5 )
A method for determination of trace Zr in U 3O 8 by ICP MS after TTA/xylene extraction is reported. The sample is converted to UO 2(NO 3) 2 with HNO 3 and the Zr is separated from matrix element uranium by TTA/xylene in 4 mol/L HNO 3. Then Zr is back extracted by 8 mol/L HNO 3 after lowering the concentration 10 times of organic phase and is determined by ICP MS directly after lowering the concentration of aqueous phase 10 times again. The analytical results of uranium standard substance are talled with recommendatory value.
