摘要
以TiCl3为原料 ,通过控制盐浓度和水解温度可以在温和条件下制备出晶粒尺寸为 6~ 8nm的金红石相氧化钛粉体 ,比表面积为 74 5 5m2 g ,TEM照片显示粉体为针状 .苯酚的光催化降解实验表明这种粉体具有与P 2 5相当的光催化活性 .采用 (CH3) 4NOH为沉淀剂 ,粉体经 80 0℃煅烧 。
Rutile nano titania powders have been synthesized by direct hydrolysis of TiCl3 solutions under mild conditions. The rutile powders possess needlelike morphology and have high surface area of 74.5 m(2)/g. It shows very high photoactivity in the phenol degradation reaction, even higher than the commercial powder Degaussa P-25. Large scale production of rutile powders with particle size in the range of 100 to 200 nm can he performed using (CH3)(4)NOH as precipitant.
