摘要
北 1 6油藏是低渗透非均质油藏 ,具有很强的水敏特性。油藏的天然能量较弱。油藏投入注水开发后 ,由于低渗 ,粘土膨胀 ,早期注水水质不合格等诸多因素的影响 ,造成了大批注水井欠注 ,在先后进行了系统提压 ,单井防膨 ,酸化 ,超声波 ,高能气体压裂 ,水基压裂等措施后 ,注水井注水不满足的现象仍十分严重。地层压力下降很快 ,递减难控制 ,稳产的难度很大。1 995年底进行了增注泵增注试验 ,因其性能稳定 ,操作方便 ,价格低廉 ,增注效果好而被很快推广 ,共有 1 2口注水井解决了欠注问题 ,增注、增油效果明显 ,开采形势迅速好转 ,取得了良好的经济、社会效益 。
North 16 is a low-permeability and heterogeneous reservoir with strong water sensitivity and weak natural drive energy. North 16 reservoir having been put into development, the low-permeability, clay swelling, poor injection water quality in the early stage caused under injection in many injectors. Then the stimulations, such as improving system pressure, anti-clayswelling in single well, acidizing, supersonic technology, high-energy gas fracturing and water-base fracturing were used to improve water injection rate. But, the injection water was still short of in some injectors. As a result, the formation pressure decreased rapidly, lapse rate was hard to control and the productivity was difficult to stabilize. At the end of 1995, the augmented injection pumps were used to improve water injection rate. The augmented injection pump is characteristic of stability, easy operation, low cost and good injection effect. So it has been used on a large scale. Totally, the under injection water rate in 12 injectors was satisfactory with efficient effect, and better economic returns and social effect have been achieved. It provides a new way to solve the hard problem to inject water in low permeability reservoir.
