摘要
TK40 6H侧钻短半径水平井是西北石油局在塔河油田利用已钻无产能直井井眼侧钻钻水平井而布署的第一批短半径水平井 ,也是国内目前已钻的最深的短半径水平井 ,设计侧钻造斜井深在 5 30 0m以下 ,施工难度大 ,该批短半径水平井的钻成并获得良好的产能 ,使国内水平井钻井技术迈上了新的台阶。本文主要从该油田短半径水平井钻井的技术难点入手 ,对TK40 6H侧钻短半径水平井的设计和施工进行了分析和阐述 ,并通过主要工艺技术分析 。
The TK406H well is a Sidetracked short-radiused horizontal well , which is among the first group of short-radiused horizontal wells that northwest petroleum administration bureau has arrayed on TAHE oilfield and used side tracking technology in those existing straight wellhead without any yield. The TK406H well is the deepest of domestic short-radiused horizontal wells, its design sidetracked deflecting welldepth exceeds 5300m, so it is quite difficult to complete, but this group of short-radiused horizontal wells have been drilled and completed and they have had good yields ,which shows that domestic drilling technology of horizontal well has advanced to a new stage. Starting from the technical difficulty in drilling horizontal well, the design and construction of the TK406H well are analyzed and expounded in the paper, and during analyzing , the key part and matching technical measures are pointed out.
