摘要
以不同的碱性钠盐为催化剂对八乙酸蔗糖酯进行了合成 ,并研究了不同物料比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对产品收率的影响 ,得到最佳反应条件 :糖酐比 1 :1 0 .5 ,反应温度1 34℃ ,反应时间 1h ,催化剂用量 2 % ,产率可达 93.8%。
sucrose octaacetate was prepared by several different alkali salt of sodium as catalysis. It was studied that yield of the reaction can be affected byreaction factors such as molar ratio of sucrose and anhydride, reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst amount. It was found that the optimum experimental conditions were molar ratio of sucrose and acetic anhydride 1︰10.5 , amount of catalyst of 2% ,reaction temperature of 134℃ and reaction time of 1h. The yield of reaction can come up to 93.8%.
