Through studying erosion defects in welding line of pipe plate and inner well - arranged pipe of heat exchanger, we use industrial mending solvent to treating surface coating of pipe plate, which effectively prolongs the life of welding line of pipe plate and saves maintenance expense. The method is worthy of being popularized and applied in petrochemical industries.
