商河油田注入水结垢趋势及伤害试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 对商河油田注入水进行了水质及垢样试验分析 ;应用溶度积和电离平衡常数理论 ,建立了 5种类型垢的预测模型 ;应用自行开发的结垢预测软件 ,对商河油田四净站来水进行了结垢趋势预测 ;采用岩心驱替试验评价了商河油田注入水结垢对地层的伤害程度。结果表明 ,商河油田注入水结垢趋势严重 ,以CaCO3垢为主 。 Experimental analysis is made on the quality of injected water and its scaling samples in Shanghe Oilfield. A prediction model for 5 types of scales is established by using solubility product and theory of dissociation equilibrium constant. The scaling tendency of incoming water in Sijing Water Treatment Station is predicted by using a self-created scaling prediction software. The level of formation damage induced by injected water scaling in the oilfield is evaluated with core displacement test. The test result demonstrates that scaling tendency is serious in injected water , of which CaCO 3 is at the first place, certain formation damage exists in Shanghe Oilfield.
