新抗生素B-3543的研究

摘要 对新抗生素B-3543进行了系统的研究,关键指标已达到工业化生产水平。确立了产生菌的分类地位,测定了抗生素的抗菌谱,获得效价达10000μg/ml的高产菌株,阐明了B-3543的化学结构,提出3种效价检定方法,制定了产品质量标准,完善了生产工艺,使产品总收率达60%。该项目还存在产品成本过高,产品稳定性不好等问题,有待研究解决。 A novel antibiotic B-3543 was systematically studied and its key specifications have reached commercial production level. Its classification was confirmed, the antibacterial spectrum of produced strain was identified, and the high-productivity strain with efficient result of 10000/μg/ml was obtained, and the chemical structure of B-3543 was also described. Three determination methods for efficiency were proposed, quality standard of product was formulated and the production technology was improved. The total yield of product reached 60% . Some aspects such as production cost and stability of product are needed to be improved.
