摘要
针对焦化蜡油糠醛精制生产过程中普遍存在的糠醛氧化结焦严重,溶剂单耗偏高等问题展开研究。经对糠醛氧化机理及氧化的诱因进行考察分析,提出采用添加抗氧剂方法来解决。实验室的研究证明,就以辽河CGO为原料而言,在含水5%的糠醛中加入400μg/g酚型抗氧剂A后,精制油收率提高3个百分点,精制油碱氮含量略有降低。该方法能有效地解决糠醛氧化问题,减少糠醛损耗。
The problem of furfural oxidation/coking and high solvent consumption existed in furfural refining of coker gas oil was studied. The mechanism and the induced cause of furfural oxidationwere investigated. The laboratory result showed that by adding 400μg/g phenol type antioxidant A into5% water contained furfural for treating Liaohe coker gas oil, the yield of the refined oil increased by 3percentage and its basic nitrogen content was lower. The said method could solve the furfural oxidationproblem and reduce the consumption of furfural.
