摘要
针对油田联合站中处理含油污泥的关键技术之一的污泥浓缩问题,开展了含油污泥浓缩剂的研制开发工作。结果表明,研制的高效含油污泥浓缩剂,可将污泥含水量从99％浓缩至90％以下,体积缩小10倍以上。该技术已在河南油田成功应用,使联合站污水系统的污油、污水、污泥得到了有效分离和回收利用,为实现联合站污水不外排提供了技术条件。
Concentration of oily sludge is one of the key technology in oily sludge treatment,which is a problem in the multipurpose station of oilfields. An oily sludge concentration agent was deve- loped, its test results showed that it could decrease the watercontent of the oily sludge from 99％ to lessthan 90% with a volume shrinkage more than 10 times. With the application of the said agent in HenanOilfield, the dirty oil, oily water, and sludge in the multipurpose station have been separated and re-claimed efficiently, which provides the condition of technology to realize the zero external drainage ofoily waste water in the multiourpose station.
