摘要
根据三相交流直线永磁同步伺服电动机的非线性动态数学模型 ,采用状态反馈解耦的方法 ,建立直线永磁同步伺服电动机闭环系统动态的输入 输出数学模型 .通过该解耦模型设计速度跟踪控制律 ,在保证整个闭环系统稳定的情况下 ,提高速度跟踪的快速性和精确性 .最后 ,通过MATLAB5 3进行计算机仿真实验研究 ,结果表明线性化后的系统模型是简单适用的 。
According to the nonlinear dynamic mathematical model of three phase AC linear permanent magnet synchronous servo motor, the dynamic input output mathematical model of the closed loop system of this motor is established with the method of the state feedback decoupling. Through the decoupling model, the speed tracking control law is designed, and under the condition which guaranteed the stability of the whole closed loop system, it improves the celerity and accuracy of speed tracking. Finally, through the MATLAB5 3 computer simulation reaserch, the results show that the linearization model is simple and applicable. At the same time, the celerity and accuracy of speed tracking are achieved.
