摘要
110 ke V Fe+ 离子注入原卟啉 IX二钠盐薄膜样品后的一些谱学分析结果表明 ,低能铁离子束辐照可以导致生物分子的损伤和化学改性 ,并且初步证实注入铁离子在样品分子中慢化沉积后能形成含铁的金属络合物 ,即注入铁离子的质量沉积。
Fe + ion beams with the energy of 110 keV were implanted into films of protoporphyrin IX disodium. The results of some spectral analyses showed that low energy Fe + ion beam irradiation could induce damage of the bio molecules and molecular modification, and preliminarily proved that the implanted Fe + ions could deposit in the sample molecules after slowed down and iron containing metal complex was formed, i.e. the mass deposition of implanted Fe + ions.
