摘要
一般以硬度作为衡量堆焊金属耐磨性的标准 ,但硬度和耐磨性之间没有简单的对应关系 ,堆焊金属的耐磨性受多方面因素的影响 .系统地分析了硬度。
In general, the hardness is considered as a standard of wearing resistance of surfacing layer, but there is not a simple corresponding relation between hardness and wearing resistance. Hardness can not be regarded as the criterion of wearing resistance of surfacing layer. Wearing resistance of surfacing alloy is affected by many factors, including hardness, alloying element and structure. In this article these factors are analyzed systematically.
