我国居民收入分配差距问题初探

Elementary Analysis on the Distribution's Gap of Our Residents

改革开放以来，尤其是90年代中期以来，由于种种原因，我国居民收入差距呈不断扩大之势。类似问题虽然在各个国家的市场化进程中，具有一定的普遍性，但是，西方国家的收入差距是几百年市场经济发展中积累起来的，而我国改革开放20余年，就出现了较为严重的收入差距过分悬殊，必须引起高度警觉和重视。为此，应通过发展生产力，加快第三产业和非国有经济发展，增加低收入群体的收入，强化税收功能，积极推进市场化改革，完善社会保障制度等措施，缓解收入差距过大的现状，实现社会主义的共同富裕目标。

Since reform and open policy, esp. since the medium of l990s, the distribution's gap of the resi- dents of our country is showing a tendercy to enlarge, because of kinds of reasons. Although this question has a uni- versality in the marketing courses in every country; still, the gap in western countries is accumnlated step by step in the development of marketing economy over hundreds of years. The serious gap has emerged in our country only 20 years after reform and open, which has aroused great vigilance and must be taken seriously. So we should realise the target of common prosperous by developing the productive forces, speeding up the third industry and non-state sec- tors of the economy, increasing the income of the groups who have low income, strengthening the tax function, pushing marketing reform, perfecting the social guarantee. and so on.
