摘要
分析了广播电视台网管理与频率规划地理信息系统的需求 ,探讨了系统实现目标、系统总体框架及功能设计等内容 ,提出系统实现的方式 ,完成了系统开发 .经验证 ,系统运行良好 。
The requirement of GIS for the network management and frequency plan of broadcast television station is analyzed and the construction aim, general frame and function design of the system are discussed in the paper. In addition, the implementation pattern of the system is proposed. Finally the system is developed. After testing, this system runs well and meets consumers' demand.
