Making research on the experiment operation and the design for programming the circuit component in the virtual electronic laboratory, the paper aims to solve the key problem of the figure editing interface by using the database. The circuit editing interface of the virtual electronic laboratory can be realized by means of the Microsoft SQL Serve 2000 and Dephli5.0.
