相异土质的岩土对胶结后抗压强度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 应用“WPF2型二米平面光栅摄谱仪”、“D/MAX - 2 0 0 0型X射线衍射仪”、“MTS81 0Test star材料试验机” ,对采集的不同地域土样进行胶结 (同种配方及工艺 )、测试、分析研究 .其结果是 :(1 )测得抗压强度为 (4.3~ 1 5 .6 )MPa ,最高可达 1 7MPa .(2 )土中的金属元素含量和pH值 (在4~ 8)及密度的大小对抗压强度值影响不大 .(3 )土中含有较多量的Quartz ,syn—SiO2 和Gismon dine -CaAl2 Si2 O8·4H2 O、Kaolinite等长石类物质 。 Soil from different areas has varying metal content, acidity, basicity and component. After it is mixed with adhesive, the different performances will be produced. In this paper, some equipment such as WPF2 plane grating spectrograph, D/MAX-2000 X-ray diffractometer and MTS810Testar material test machine have been used to measure and analyze the bonded soil samples from different area. The results we get are : (1) The compressive strength is 4.3~15.6MPa, the highest compressive strength is 17MPa; (2) The metal element content, pH value (4~8) and density of soil have little influence on the compressive strength; (3) More Qurtz-SiO 2, kaolinite-1A-Al 2Si 2O 5(OH) 4 and CaAl 2Si 2O 8·4H 2O in soil will have greater effects to increase compressive strength and water-resistant power of bonded soil.
