牦牛致病性大肠杆菌多价油佐剂灭活苗的初步研制

Development of Polyvalent Oil-adjuvant Inactivated Vaccine Against Pathogenic Escherichia coli from Yak

本研究在分离出牦牛致病性大肠杆菌并鉴定其血清型之后,筛选出2株致病力强、免疫原性好、具有优势血清型(O142、O148、O158)的大肠杆菌菌株作为制苗菌株,以油为佐剂,研制出的牦牛致病性大肠杆菌多价油佐剂灭活苗对家兔使用安全,免疫效果好。4 ℃冰箱至少保存12个月。

Based on the serotype identification of pathogenic E. coli from yak, two different serotype strains withstrong pathogenicity and good antigenicity were selected as candidate strains. Polyvalent oil-adjuvant inactivated vac-cine was prepared. The developed vaccine had good immunogenicity and could be used safely in rabbit. The duration ofpreservation at 4℃ lasted for 12 months.
