The Production Test of Sheep Pox Vaccine with the Original Cell of Bull Testis
摘要
以牛睾丸原代细胞代替绵羊睾丸细胞生产羊痘疫苗,经种毒驯化及培养工艺试验,确定了采用牛睾丸原代细胞生产羊痘疫苗的生产工艺。采用该工艺生产出的羊痘疫苗,经安全检验、效力检验及区域试验证实,疫苗质量达到了《兽用生物制品规程》要求的质量标准。
