摘要
目的 :研究微生态制剂对奶牛夏季泌乳性能及产奶量的影响。方法 :选择经产、胎次和产奶量相似的黑白花奶牛 ,在饲料配方、饲养管理、环境条件均相同的情况下 ,实验组添加微生态制剂 ,对照组不加 ,统计各自产奶量。结果 :奶牛在夏季产奶量普遍下降的情况下 ,实验组平均每头每天产奶量下降 1.5 kg,降幅为 6.1% ;对照组产奶量下降 5 .3 kg,降幅为 17.4%。结论 :微生态制剂能减少奶牛夏季产奶量的下滑 ,改善奶牛的泌乳性能 。
Objective:The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effects of direct fed microbial(DFM) on milk yield,milk fat percentage and responsibility to hot irritability of dairy cows.Methods:One hundred and sixty delivered black and white dairy cows with similar fetuses and milk yielding were randomly divided into two equal groups under same feed formula,management and enviromental conditions with DFM (as treatment) or without DFM(as CK).Milk yield,milk fat percentage and fat protein ratio were determined each day during experimental period.Results:Milk yield was decreased during early summer both in treated group and in CK.The mean milk yield was decreased by 17 4%(5 3 kg per day) in Experiment Stage Ⅰ (hot season)than in Stage Ⅱ (cool season) in CK.In DFM treated group,however,the decrement was only 6 1%(1 5 kg per day) during the same period.Conclusion:Feeding dairy cows with micro ecological agent reduced decrement of milk yield,improved milking capactiy and enhanced responsibility to hot irritability during early summer.
