金双歧治疗肠易激综合征142例的疗效观察

THE EFFECT OF JINSHUANGQI TO IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME

目的 :观察金双歧 (长双歧杆菌制剂 )对肠易激综合征 (irritablebowel syndrome,IBS)的治疗效果。方法 :顺序随机取本院门诊按“罗马标准 I”的诊断标准确诊为 IBS患者 14 2例入组 ,接受金双歧治疗 ,所有病人均排除器质性疾病。IBS患者口服金双歧 2 .0 g,2次 /d,2周为一疗程。观察期间记录治疗前及治疗后每一天的包括腹痛、腹胀、排便频率、排便异常和大便性状的病状积分和不良反应。结果 :治疗 1～ 2周后的总体征候和单项症状积分均有明显改善 ,总体征候显效率分别达 2 4.6%～ 40 .8% ,总有效率分别达65 .4%～ 85 .2 % ,无一例发生不良反应。结论 :长双歧杆菌制剂治疗 IBS疗效确切、病人依从好 ,值得推广应用。

Objective:Observing the therapeutic of Jinshuangqi to irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:random 142 patien with IBS by Rome I final diagnosis and di organic disease in OPD reception therapy of Jinshuangqi(2.0g bid to two weekes)and reading ntegra of obdominalgia,abdonal distention,defecational frequency,defecational disorder and mal response.Results:there was phanero amelioration of population or mono nap symptom at one or two weekend post treatment.The apparent efficiency respectively was 24.6%and40.8%,Pan utility rate respectively was 65.4%and 85.2%post treatment one or two weekend with Jinshuangqi.Conclusion:The Jinshuangqi is utility organismmedicine to treatment IBS.
