摘要
目的:探讨达因35和螺内酯对高雄激素血症月经病的临床效果及二者优缺点。方法:选择73例高雄激素血症月经病患者,随机分成A、B两组,A组用达因35治疗,B组用螺内酯治疗,两组均联合克罗米酚治疗。治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月检测血清性激素:T、A2、FSH、LH。并观察治疗3个月、6个月及停药后6个月、9个月、1年的月经情况、BBT(基础体温)或B超监测卵泡,观察两组副作用。结果:达因35治疗3个月,血清T、A2、LH下降,与治疗前比P<0.05,31例月经恢复正常周期,随访半年21例、1年13例月经周期仍正常。副反应44%。螺内酯组治疗6个月,血清T、A2、LH下降,P<O.05,治疗6个月27例月经恢复正常,随访半年21例、1年18例月经仍正常,副反应27.8%。结论:达因35、螺内酯联合克罗米酚均能治疗高雄激素血症性月经病,达因35降血清雄激素作用强,起效快,而螺内酯则起效较慢,作用较弱,副反应较小,远期复发率较低。
Objective: To probe into the clinical effect of dyne - 35 and snail lactone for high male hormone blood disease emme-niopathy and distinguish the virtues and divirtues of the two kinds of medicines in treating the disease. Methods: 73 cases of high mail hormone disease emmeniopathy were selected randomly and divided into two groups: group A( treated with dyne - 35) and group B (treated with snail lactone). Clomiphene was used to combine respectively with the two kinds of medicines. The sex hormones in serum (T,A2,FSH and LH) were tested 3 and 6 months before and after treatment.The menstruation and BBT were noted down 3 and 6 months during treatment and 6 and 9 months and 1 year after treatment, and the side reactions were observed in the two groups. Re-sults:In group A the levels of serum T A2 and LH were lower 3 months after treatment than that before treatment ( P < 0.05) .The menstrual-cycle in 31 cases returned to normal. Follow - up for 6 months (21 cases) and 1 year (13 cases) found that their nienstru-al-cycle remained normal.The rate of side reaction was 44% .In group B the levels of serum T, A2 and LH decreased 6 months after treatment (P < 0.05) ,and the menstrual-cycle in 27 cases returned to normal and foEow - up for 6 months (21 cases) and 1 year (18 cases) found still normal in menstrual- cycle.The rate of side reaction was 27.8% .Conclusion:Dyne- 35 and snail lactone may cure high male hormone blood disease emmeniopathy, combined with clomiphene, Dyne - 35 may show the action of decreasing serum male hormones more quickly and strongly than snail lactone and the side reactions and recurrence rate of dyne - 35 are smaller than that of snail lactone.
