The Relationship between Postoperative Nourishment of Children with Cleft Palate and Perforation

目的:探讨腭裂术后穿孔与患儿机体营养状况之间的关系。方法:对186例腭裂患儿病例进行回顾性分析。结果:患儿术后机体营养状况与腭裂切口愈合密切相关。结论:腭裂术后应严密观察,一旦发现营养不良,应及时纠正,增加营养,保持良好的营养状况对腭裂切口愈合有其积极的意义。

Objective:To probe into the relationship between postoperative nourishment of children with cleft palate and perforation . Methods: 186 cases of cleft palate patients were retrospectively analysed. Results: There was a close relationship between postoperative nourishment of patients and incision healing in cleft palate. Conclusion: After the operation, doctors should pay close attention to the change of the cleft palate patients' health. Once the patients' nourishment status is found to be poor, it should be corrected and increased in time. This will be conducive to the incision healing in the cleft palate.
