中风星蒌通腑胶囊对急性出血性中风患者血肿吸收速度和神经功能的影响

Zhongfeng Xinglou Tongfu Capsule′s Effect on the Hematoma Absorption Rate and Neural Function in Patients with Acute Hemorrhagic Apoplexy

观察中风星蒌通腑胶囊治疗急性出血性中风患者的临床疗效、血肿吸收速度及神经功能的影响。将 6 0例患者随机分为两组 ,两组均给予常规治疗 ,治疗组 (30例 )在常规治疗的基础上 ,于发病 3d后口服中风星蒌通腑胶囊 ,每次 4粒 ,每日 3次 ;两组疗程均为 5周。观察两组患者血肿吸收速度及治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分 ,同时检测高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三酯 (TG)。结果两组平均血肿吸收量比较、神经功能缺损评分比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0 0 1) ;与对照组比较 ,治疗组HDL显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,LDL明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,TC、TG均显著降低 (P <0 0 1)。说明该胶囊能减轻急性出血性中风患者的脑水肿 ,促进血肿吸收和神经功能的恢复 ,降低致残率。

The therapeutic effect of this capsule, and its effect on the hematoma absorption rate and neural function were observed. The 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, both given routine treatment for 5 weeks. Besides, the treatment group was given this capsule three days after the onset, 4 capsules at one time and 3 times daily. The hematoma absorption rate and neural function pre and post the treatment were observed in both groups, and the HDL, LDL, TC and TG tested, with marked difference in between ( P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the treatment group has a marked increase in HDL ( P <0.01), decrease in LDL ( P <0.05) and also a decrease in TC and TG ( P <0.01). This indicates that this capsule can relieve cerebral edema, promote hematoma absorption and neural function restoration, and cause less disability.
