我国加入WTO后 ,地方综合大学出版社面对日趋复杂的市场 ,应依法以德治社 ,完善制度建设 ,采取遵守入世规则和提高员工素质的应对措施 。

After China's WTO accession, a local university press is facing an increasingly complicated market. Therefore, great efforts should be made to run a press by the rule of law and the rule of virtue, perfect its inner regulations, and adopt relevant measures to observe the WTO rules and to prove the quality of its staff, so as to take the road to developmet with its distinctive characteristics.
