所有权制度是所有权观念的体现和反映 ,个人主义的所有权观念已为社会化的所有权观念所代替 ,所有权制度也已从以“所有”为中心转变为以“利用”为中心 ,私人所有权逐渐观念化和价值化并成为当代物权立法的趋势。

Property system conveys and reflects the concept of property rights.The concept of individual property rights has been replaced by that of social property rights.More attention has been paid to the utilization of property than to the ownership.Individual property tends to be abstract and monetized and it becomes the tendancy of property law.
