Under the opening system,among many problems of our bank business, the lower efficency of financial innovation is one of the serious problems. Financial innovation is a source of its development in the new century, and it is a main path of our bank competition in the opening system. The paper points out some of the problems,such as system structure, the role of government,technology, human resource,quality and consciousness of service, law and so on, as well as suggestions about these problems.
