Industrialization Pattern of Sci tech Achievements Precured by Institutions of Higher Education and Its Practice

高校是科技成果转化的重要阵地 ,面对知识经济和加入 WTO的挑战 ,高校科技成果产业化宜采取四种模式 ,即知本与资本结合模式、人力资本量化模式、科技专家领办科技企业模式和高校内部股份制模式 ,它们从理论和实证两个方面代表了高校科技成果产业化的主流方向 。

Universities are the important position for sci tech achievement transformation. In face of knowledge economy and the challenge of WTO, four patterns of industrialization of sci tech achievements of universites were presented, including the connection between knowledge capital, quantification of human capital,patterns of sci tech industries led by sci tech expers and stock system ofuniversities. They represented the main trend of the industrialization of sci tech achievements of universities theoretically and practically. They can be used for reference in prompting the sci tech achievements transformation in universities.
