Case Study of Social Networks among University Students and Their Educational Strategies

运用社会网络分析技术对当代大学生社会网研究表明 :大学生交往的网络化程度、网络规模一般高于社会平均水平 ;个人与社会网在情感性、工具性、信息性和参照性方面指数较高。引申分析得出 :大学生社会网的互动整合构成学校亚制度性结构的有机成分 ;大学生社会网具有特殊的亚文化 ,并影响着班风、校风的品质。教育部门应对大学生社会网作出正确的估价 ,并综合运用各种方法弘扬其正面作用。

We employ contemporary social networks analytical skills to study the function of the social net among university students and the result indicates: the degree of popularization of internet in their daily contact and the scale of the networks are generally higher than those of the social average. The parameter of the personal and social networks in the sphere of emotion, utility and provision of information is relatively high. Further analysis also proves: the interactive integration of social networks among university students constitutes an organic component of the school's sub-systematic structure. The social networks of university students bear characteristic subculture and have some impact on the atmosphere of the class and that of the school. Educational institutions need to propagate the positive role that the social net plays among students on the basis of a sound judgement of its value.
