The paper sets forth the concept of third party logistics(TPL) and types, analyzes the reasons to put up the concept of 4th part logistics ,and challenge to TPL , puts up the impotence and the ways to strong the capacity integrated resources for third party logistics, and demonstrates the factors that upgrade third party logistics are information technology , dynamic alliances and virtual operation ,and draws some conclusions at last.
