摘要
建立了 2 ,2 二羟甲基丁醛氧化液中反应物以及产物的高效液相色谱 (HPLC)分析方法。选用Shim packVP ODS (15 0× 4 6mmID)色谱柱 ,以乙腈与磷酸二氢钾 (0 0 1mol/L)体积比为 1∶9的混合溶剂作流动相 ,调节流动相的 pH值为 4 0 0 ,紫外检测器波长为 2 0 6nm。反应物和产物具有良好的分离效果 ,同时得出了 2 ,2 二羟甲基丁酸的定量分析曲线。
A HPLC method separating the reactants and products in the oxidation of 2,2 bis(hydroxymethyl) butyric aldehyde was experimentally investigated. The optimal chromatographic conditions are as follows that the column is Shim pack VP ODS (150× 4 6?mm ID), the mobile phase is acetonitrile-0 01?mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(10∶90, V/V )with pH 4 00; the wavelength of UV detector is at 206?nm. Also, the quantitative calibration of 2,2 bis(hydroxymethyl) butyric acid is determined successfully.
