Determination of Trace Rare Earth Elements in Natural Water by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry with Solvent Extraction

摘要 建立了以单、二 (2 乙基己基 )磷酸酯混合螯合剂的庚烷溶液作为萃取剂 ,6 .0mol LHCl反萃取预分离富集 ,In和Rh做内标 ,ICP MS测定天然水中 15种稀土元素的分析方法。方法的富集倍数为 2 0 0倍 ,各元素的检出限范围在 0 .0 1~ 1.8ng L之间 ,相对标准偏差RSD <5 % ,萃取回收率 >93%。 A method for the determination of trace rare earth elements in natural water after preconcentration with solvent extraction and back-extraction has been developed by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. In and Rh were used as internal standard to check sample loss during extraction and back-extraction procedures and to control the matrix effect and instrument fluctuation. Even after 200-fold preconcentration', the effect of matrix elements was negligible. Detection limit of the method was between 0.01 similar to 1.8 ng/L and the recovery was > 93%. The relative standard deviation for all REEs was < 5%.
