摘要 APD阵列γ光子探测器的诸多优点使之特别适用于 PET成像技术 ,根据 APD器件本身的特点以及 PET系统对探测器模块信号读出的要求 ,在介绍 APD实验模块前端电路的设计和性能测试以后 ,详细讨论了 APD模块电子学的整体设计。 This paper summarizes the advantages of APD array for using in PET scanner. The front end electronics for an experimental APD detector module was built and tested. According to the characteristics of APD array and the demands of the signal readout in PET scanner, the full electronics system of an APD detector module was designed and presented in detail.
