摘要
本文报道了SrAl2 B2 O7:Dy3+、BaAl2 B2 O7:Dy3+、SrAl3BO7:Dy3+、La2 CaB10 O19:Dy3+的紫外-真空紫外 (UV—VUV)激发光谱和UV激发下的发射光谱。根据发射光谱讨论了Dy3+离子在这几种基质中发光的黄蓝比 (Y/B)。在VUV激发光谱中推测了Dy3+的f-d跃迁及电荷迁移态(CTS)
UV-VUV excitation spectra and emission spectra under UV excitation of SrAl 2B 2O 7:Dy 3+ ,BaAl 2B 2O 7:Dy 3+ ,SrAl 3BO 7:Dy 3+ ,La 2CaB 10 O 19 :Dy 3+ are investigated. Yellow-to-blue intensity ratios ( Y/B ) of Dy 3+ emission in these hosts are discussed. The f-d transition of Dy 3+ , charge transfer state (CTS) and host absorption in VUV excitation spectra are assigned.
