摘要
本文使用用金刚石对顶砧高压装置 (DAC)和同步辐射X光衍射 ,对Te/MCM 4 1体系进行了原位高压X射线衍射实验 ,最高压力达到 37GPa。在研究的压力范围内 ,观察到一个从 5GPa开始 ,强度较小 ,到立方Te的相变。我们认为对应MCM 4 1孔道内的Te。
In situ high pressure energy dispersive X-ray diffraction experiments have been carried out on Te+MCM41 by using diamond anvil cell (DAC) device with synchrotron radiation source. The highest pressure is 37GPa. In the range of our experimental pressure, a cubic phase transitions of Te inside MCM41 from 5GPa is observed. Its peak intensity is weak.
