某装备电路模块故障诊断研究

The Study on the Trouble Shooting of the Control Equipment Circuit Module

目的 研制某装备的智能化检测仪器 .方法 采用“黑盒子”原理 ,分析了装备的电路模块输入输出信号特征 ,提出了电路模块故障诊断方法 .结果 部分试验结果表明此方法有效、可行 .结论 该方法对研究具有模块结构的其它电子设备故障诊断具有一定意义 .

Aim\ To develop an intellgence instrument to diagnose faults of a special equipment. Methods\ The principle of "black box" is adopted. The I/O signal feature of the circuit module is analyzed, and the methods of the trouble shooting of the circuit module is brought forward to the control equipment. Results\ It is proved to be effective and reliable by experiments. Conclusions\ The methods can be used in the trouble shooting of the other electronic equipments with the similar modularization.
