This paper gives brief introduction on the importance of development of telecom operating and supporting system firstly, then the paper discusses the trend and faced problems of telecom operating and supporting system in China Telecom,China Mobile,China Unicom,and gives the evolvement is NGOSS. Finally the paper presents framework and characteristics of technologies,key technologies,and the developing requirement of NGOSS.
