VPN（虚拟专网）是搭建在公用网上的专用网,它可以将某些机构的远程用户、分支机构、合作伙伴等一切相关联的各部门通过公网联系起来,达到提供QoS和优先权等类似于专用网络性能的网络服务技术。本文作者结合实践,对VPN的原理及构建进行了介绍。

The virtual private network (VPN) is a private network, built on the public network. It links together through the public network all the related sections such as remote users from some organizations, branches, partners and others to come to the networks service technology that provides performances similar to those of a private network such as QoS, priorities and so on. This paper, combined with practice, gives an introduction to VPN's principle and construction.
