摘要
通过对上海汽轮汽厂生产的C5 0 - 90 / 13型机组低压缸叶片断裂问题 ,分析了事故的原因、存在的主要问题 ,提出了三种改造方案 ,并从各方案的改造工作范围、费用、经济性方面做了比较 ,为今后 5 0MW机组的改造提供了一定的依据和经验。
By analyzing the main reason for crack in low-pressure casing blade of C50-90/13 steam turbine unit made in Shanghai steam turbine factory,this thesis puts forward three remodeling plans and comPare them from their working rang, cost and profit.Its aim is to provide some bassis and experience for the future 50 MW steam turbine unit.
