三峡工程±500kV直流输电线路用大跨越导线的研究

R&D of large span conductors for the ±500 kV DC transmission line of the Three Gorges Project

本文叙述龙政± 5 0 0 k V直流输电线路中 ,王家滩汉江千米级大跨越铝包钢绞线 ,芜湖长江二千米级大跨越特高强度钢芯高强度铝合金绞线 ,在制造时的主要技术关键和解决措施 ,绞线所需原材料的性能 。

This paper presents the 1000 m class large span stranded AS conductors crossing the Hanjiang River at Wangjiatan and the 2000 m class large span high strength Al alloy conductors extra high steel reinforced crossing the Yantze River at Wuhu, both are part of the Longzheng ±500 kV DC transmission line. It describes the key manufcturing technology and solutions, properties of the raw materials required for the conductors and combination of properties required for the large span conductors.
