Investigation of spiral-wound lead fabric batteries

研究了卷绕铅布电池的制造工艺 ,特别是卷绕电池铅网板栅的制备 ,介绍了涂膏、卷绕、固化、端子焊接、化成的一般方法 ,经性能测试后得出以下结论 :铅网板栅很适合做卷绕电池 ,卷绕铅布电池内阻小、大电流充放电性能好、自放电小、抗冲击性能强。

A investigation on manufacturing methods of spiral wound lead fabric batteries has been made,especially on preparation of lead fabric plates.There are also introductions of general processes about pasting,winding,drying,terminal casting and formation.The studies after performance test have shown that lead fabric plates are suitable to make batteries with characteristics as follows:low internal resistance,high discharge and recharge efficiency at high rate,low self discharge,high vibration resistance and long cycle life.
