本文给出了判定任意数域上二重 (r1 ,r2 ) 循环矩阵非异性的一个充要条件 ,并提供了求这类矩阵逆的一种新方法 .

In this paper ,we give a sufficient and necessary condition to determine whether a level-2 (r_1,r_2) -circulant matrix over a field is singular or not and then present a new algorithm for the inverse of a level-2 (r_1,r_2)- circulant matrix over a field.
