摘要
14 0 0s1 8型离心泵是目前国内最大的单级双吸离心泵 ,其叶轮致密度、表面质量和尺寸精度要求高 ,且铸件壁厚不均、形状复杂给铸造生产带来了很大的麻烦。在总结已有生产经验、严格控制钢水质量的基础上 ,采用了水平分型 ,树脂砂造型 ,冒口与冷铁相结合的补缩方法 ,解决了这类大型薄壁铸钢件出品率低、热裂倾向严重等实际工艺问题 ,成功地试制生产了 1 4 0 0s1
The type of 1400s18 pump is the biggest centrifugal pump in our country at present.The requirements of qualities such as surface quality denseness and dimension precision of its impeller are very rigiditive ,and it is very difficult to form a more complex shape.This paper summarizes the practical experience of previous technology process such as horizontal parting-line,gum-mould,tight controlling steel quality and rises coupled with chilling iron for solidincation contraction has been carried out.Thus,the lower yields of casting and the trend of hot crack are avoided,the solidification contraction problem of such big-thin steel cast are settled and a practical impeller is acquired.
