摘要
将培养到营养生长对数期的雨生红球藻细胞转移到胁迫环境中,探讨胁迫因子对雨生红球藻细胞类型转化的影响及各影响因子间的协同作用.结果表明,氮胁迫能诱导雨生红球藻从绿色游动细胞转变成红色不动细胞,培养基中磷胁迫和醋酸钠刺激能大大加快这一转化的速率.同时,高pH值、高盐度和强光照均能促进雨生红球藻细胞类型的转化,高盐度和强光照对转化效率的影响存在协同效应.
The algal cells of Haematococcus pluvialis, grown in a modified Bristol Medium to logarithm phase, were harvested and transferred to stress environments (nitrogendeficit, phosphatedeficit and acetatestimulation) for cell type transformation. The results showed that they could be induced by nitrogen deficit in cell type transformation from green motile cell to reddish nonmotile cell in Haematococcus pluvialis, and the cell type transformation could be accelerated by phosphate stress and acetate stimulation. On the other hand, the astaxanthin accumulation and cell type transformation of Haematococcus pluvialis were also induced and improved by some environmental factors such as high pH, high light intensity and high salinity, etc, the effects of high intensity and high salinity showed the synergistic action for the cell type transformation of Haematococcus pluvialis.
