摘要
用pH电位法研究Th(NO3)4和乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐分别与d 缬氨酸、dl 异亮氨酸、dl 蛋氨酸、l 谷氨酰胺、l 脯氨酸在水溶液中的配合反应.证明在pH=5~6时,有1∶1∶1的ThYL(L 氨基酸根,Y 乙二胺四乙酸根)混合配合物生成,在(30±0 1)℃,离子强度μ(KNO3)=0 15的条件下,测定了相应配合物的稳定常数lgKThYThYL.除[ThY(l Pro)]-外,其余lgKThYThYL与pKHL呈lgKThYThYL=1 40pKHL-8 30线性关系.
The complex reactions of Th(NO3)4 and complexon III with dvaline, dlisoleucine, dlmethionine, lamide glutamate and lproline in water solution have been respectively investigated using the pH potential method. It is demonstrated that the complex compound of ThYL (Lroot of amino acid, Yroot of EDTA)with the ratio of 1∶1∶1 is formed when pH=5~6.The stability constant lgKThYThYL has been measured under the conditions of 30±01 ℃ and ionic strength μ(KNO3)=015. There exists the following linear relationship between lgKThYThYL and pKHL: lgKThYThYL =140 pKHL-830, except-.
