摘要
用二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺(BMI),4.4’-二胺基二苯甲烷(DDM)及环氧树脂(CYD-127)合成了具有优异 电绝缘性能,韧性好,耐高温的基体材料;探索出了合适的固化制度;制备了铺覆性能好,储存时间长,粘接性能优 良的预浸料:由预浸料压制的复合材料具有优异的电性能和力学性能。
Research indicates that the matrix material synthesized with BMI, DDM and CYD-127 is of excellent electrical insulate property and toughness combined with high temperature resistance. The cured method of matrix is given.With this, we can the prepare pre-preg with good spread ability, good adhesion and long storage life. And by use of this pre-preg, we can produce a panel with excellent electrical and mechanical property.
