PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ENTERPRISES

目前铁道勘察设计院正在进行改企转制、走向市场 ,建设国际型的大型工程公司 ,本文论述了如何充分应用计算机网络技术进行办公系统的信息管理 ,并对铁道第三勘察设计院的办公自动化系统 (简称 OA系统 )提出了规划及实施建议。

Recently,the Railway Reconnaissance and Design Institutes are putting forward the reform of enterprises and conversion into systematic organizations,facing the market and constructing the international large-scale engineering corporations.The paper expounds how to apply fully the computer network technology to put forward the information management of official business systems.The planning and implemental suggestions are proposed to establish the official business automatic system(called 'OA system'for short) for the Railway Third Reconnaissance and Design Institute.
