摘要
从铁路基础设施管理、工务、电务、信号、行车管理、勘测设计、铁路客货运电子商务、模拟训练器、客车及车站旅客实时信息服务等多方面对国内外铁路地理信息系统在铁路上的应用现状作综述 ;分析了国内外现有铁路地理信息系统对我国铁路地理信息系统建设的借鉴意义 ,展望我国铁路地理信息系统 (RGIS)建设前景。指出在铁路信息化过程中 ,如果没有全路范围内的统一规划 ,将给全路范围的信息共享造成障碍 ,组建我国RGIS时应当最大限度地实现信息资源共享 ,把RGIS建设成高质量、高效率、可视化、全路统一的综合软件平台。
The paper summarizes the application of GI S to railway systems in China and foreign countries in such areas as infrastructur e, permanent way, signaling and communication, train operation, survey and desig n, railway passenger and freight service e-business, computer simulation, and the real time information service of passengers on train and at station. It anal yzes the significant reference function that they play in the building of China ′s Railway Geographic Information System (RGIS). It gives the prospects of the construction of China′s Railway Geographic Information System and indicates tha t in the process of railway informationization, there shall be an integrated sys temwide program. If not, there will be problems for the whole system to share th e information. So in the building of China′s RGIS, we should build a sharable, high quality, highly efficient, visual and system-wide integrated platform so t hat the information can be shared in the maximum extent.heinformation .Soint
