摘要
在系统地分析客票系统中需要提供技术支持的主要问题的基础上 ,以售票模块为例 ,把技术支持的知识进行集中整理 ,分析知识与知识之间的相互关系 ,研究提出了建立铁路客票发售和预订技术支持专家系统的体系结构和实现方案 ,对该系统的主要技术问题———知识获取、知识表达、知识库的建立及完善、推理方法、搜索控制策略、冲突解决策略等进行了深入细致的研究 ,为建立铁路客票发售和预订技术支持专家系统打下了必要的技术基础。从而实现知识共享 。
On the basis of the systematic analysis of t he key issues in the Ticketing and Reservation System (TRS), which needs technic al support, the paper takes the ticketing module as an example and sorts out the knowledge of technical support, analyzes the relation between different kinds o f knowledge and proposes a configuration of the Ticketing and Reservation System of Chinese Railway. It goes into details in its study on the main technical iss ues such as knowledge extraction, knowledge presentation, establishment and perf ection of the databank, inference method, search and control strategy, and confl ict solution. Thus it paves the way for the establishment of the expert system. Hereby the knowledge sharing is realized and the intelligent control mechanism o f the system and automation improved.
