摘要
对电气化铁路接触网系统中铝包钢型承力索目前在终端锚固方面存在的问题及原因进行了分析及研究 ,介绍了为解决这一问题而新研制的铝包钢型承力索终端锚固线夹。从两个方面对目前螺纹锥套式承力索终端锚固线夹的结构进行了优化设计 ,即 :在原来一套楔子的基础上再增加一套夹紧装置 ,以增大夹紧力 ;将楔子及新增加的夹紧装置中的齿形加深 ,以增加咬合的可靠性。通过优化设计 ,研制出一种“顶丝压块及锥套双夹紧”结构的承力索终端锚固线夹 ,并针对铝钢型承力索终端锚固线夹提出了“在导线拉断力范围内的任何荷载下 ,导线均不应从终锚线夹中滑脱”这一新的滑动试验标准 ,大大提高了铝包钢型承力索终端锚固的可靠性。为目前我国广泛采用的铝包钢型承力索提供了理想的锚固措施。
This article analyzes and researches the p ro blems and their causes existing with aluminum-coated steel messenger wire termi nal anchorage in Overhead Contact System (OCS) in electrified railways, and intr oduces a solution,a newly developed type of terminal anchor clamp for aluminum -coated steel messenger wire. Optimized design is carried out for the structure of threaded conic bushing-type clamp for messenger wire terminal anchorage now adays based on the types of messenger wire terminal anchorage and studies the ex isting problems in two aspects: a) Addition of one set of clamp fitting on the b asis of the original set of wedge to increase clamping force; b) Enlargement of sizes of teeth of the wedge and the additional clamping fitting to raise the rel iability of the grip. Thus, a new type of messenger wire terminal anchor clamp w ith the ″dual clamping with bolt and block and conic bushing″ structure is dev eloped, and a new standard of sliding test that conductors shall not slide off t erminal anchor clamps subject to any load within its breaking load range is prop osed for terminal anchor clamp for aluminum-coated steel messenger wire, which greatly promotes the reliability of aluminum-coated steel messenger wire termi nal anchorage. It is an ideal anchorage method for aluminum-coated steel messen ger wire, which is widely applied in China today.
